>Signage and Branding

All vehicles are catalogued and held on file meaning repeat orders or repairs are a breeze.
We pride ourselves on providing a cost-effective, reliable service.

Our materials and techniques are tried and tested, with this in mind we have put together the following warranty to back our work extremesigns.co.uk/warranty

DPP Ltd

DPP have a constantly growing team of engineers and a fleet of vans to reflect this.
Traditionally their vehicles were blue, with white signage. But in 2020 their fleet requirement and availability of vehicles did not match, so we created a design that would acommodate any colour van, whilst maintaining a consistent corporate identity.
The result; 100+ vehicles written, 100+ vehicles on the road, and 100+ vehicles with identical livery and branding.

ABP Ports- Southampton

We were approached by ABP Ports to create a low cost high visibility set of livery for their new electric fleet.

We opted for ‘luminous orange’, ‘luminous yellow’ and regular vinyl lettering.
This gave an ultra bright appearance, to ensure a strong Port Authority presence in the docklands.

Reflective & Fluorescent materials (generally used on Highways markings) were explored as an option, but multiplied across the fleet the difference in cost was disproportionate.

Nviro

Nviro’s fleet is manufactured using a combination of vinyl lettering and logos, and digitally printed wrap for the back doors.

The colours we use for their branding have remained the same for over 10 years, our supplier is the same and as such the branding has remained constant throughout their varied fleet of vehicles (Partners, Expert, Relay etc)

Ramboll

In addition to signwritten work vans, Ramboll had a small fleet of Octavia Estate cars for surveying.

The requirement was for these cars to be Chapter-8 compliant, allowing them to work in any environment .

There were no pre-set kits available for the Octavia Estate, so we striped these by hand to keep the installation within the required time frame.

Encompass Surveys

With a varied ever growing fleet Encompass Surveys came to us for consistent, compliment and uniform signage throughout.

Graphite Grey vinyl was used for the logomark, and Metallic Gold for the lettering.
Fully compliment Chapter 8 markings have been installed throughout the fleet to ensure they are able to rise to any challenge.

Mrs Bucket.

Mrs Bucket’s new fleet of Peugeot Partners were originally designed as a full wrap.

With a view to save the customer £1000’s across the fleet we opted to manufacture the graphics as stripes and shapes where possible. Only wrapping the bonnet, roof and rear doors.

100% digitally printed.

Cold Control

We have been supplying cold control’s livery for years.
Generally in batches of 6 at a time, they are a testament to uniform installation.

The graphics started life as ‘off-the-roll’ wrap film, and cut vinyl shapes and logos.
But with the introduction of Arlon’s SLX+ wrap film to the market we now digitally print the blue, with the snow flakes within the design.

Vinyl lettering and logos are installed to the rest of the panels and paintwork.

HP Contracts.

HP contracts have a varied fleet, as shown in these photos (transit and boxer van side by side).

We adjust the livery design to acommodate the differing shapes and layouts of the vehicles, but maintain brand continuity throughout the fleet.

Seldoc.

This livery was supplied to us, on an install only basis.
Seldoc had previously designed and ordered the graphics, but the vehicles were being supplied outside the reach of their installation service area.

Working with the dealership (Snows Toyota Southampton) we were able to get all the vehicles written and turned around in time for collection.
